Adam Binkley

Executive Director

Throughout his three decade year tenure as E.D, he has lead the organization to overcome countless barriers associated with non-profits such as financial insecurity, low membership, board development, fundraising, brand awareness and stakeholder support.

Originally from Ontario, Adam moved to Prince Edward Island in 1992 where he attended Holland College, receiving degrees in Sport & Recreation and Business Administration.

Adam has been honored with such accolades as Summerside’s citizen of the year, The Queens Diamond Jubilee Award, Paul Newman’s Own Award Winner (1 in 5 in Canada), Summerside Chamber of Commerce Business Excellence Award and the PEI Crime Stoppers Award for crime reduction.

Morgan Carlile

Assistant Executive Director

Morgan Carlile was born and raised in Summerside, PE and is a former Club Member, attending the BGC Prince County as a youth.

After graduating from Three Oaks Senior High, he went on to be selected to Baseball Canada’s Canadian National Junior Team and was drafted by MLB’s New York Mets in 2004. He continued his baseball career while attending Campbellsville University in Kentucky where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in 2008, double Majoring in Criminal Justice Administration and History. His baseball achievements while attending university in Kentucky include being selected to All-Conference, All-Regional and All-American teams and being named Canada’s top Left-Handed Pitcher at the university level.

His enjoyment to work with children and youth comes from his parents’ professions and seeing the impact a role model can have on a child or youth. Morgan has worked for the BGC Prince County since 2008 where he enjoyed roles as a Summer Camp Leader, Programming Employee, Program Director, and now his current role of Director of Operations.

Morgan really enjoys working at the BGC Prince County because it is a structured organization that is designed to help every child and youth succeed, as well as the fact that BGC Prince County is a barrier-free organization in which many opportunities are offered to deserving children, youth, and families on the Island.

She came to the BGC Prince County through doing consulting work with the LifeHouse shelter and was drawn to the commitment that management and staff have to providing comprehensive services to the families of Prince County. The mission of the Club, which is to provide a safe and supportive place for children and youth, aligns with her passion for helping others.

She and her husband have a large blended family with a variety of pets. Her hobbies include traveling, cooking, woodworking and SXSing.
